"I think they're jumping."

That is what Amelia said when she looked out the window. If you look toward the right hand side of the windows, you can just see the net around our neighbor's trampoline. Amelia LOVES jumping on it and is always checking to see if anyone is out there. She has an open invitation to jump and she plans to take advantage of it!

Snow Day!

Last Thursday, we had a snow day. I think we got around 12" of snow in about 5 hours. Amelia really wanted to go outside and build a 'Frosty'. Unfortunately, the snow was too dry to make a snowman, but we had fun making snow angels and throwing the snow in the air. She even did a little sledding.

Red Mustache

Amelia's very first red mustache. It was also the first time she tried strawberry crush pop. We call all pop yucky pop so she wouldn't be tempted to drink it. Now she knows it isn't really yucky.

Valentine's Day

I thought Amelia looked particularly cute on Valentine's Day. Of course, I am completely biased. I made the skirt, bow, and just stitched a quick heart on the shirt. Have I mentioned that I love Target's dollar bin ribbon bundles? The are amazing! The perfect amount for a bow and everything is already coordinated so I don't have to attempt matching on my own. Anyway, here she is in all her super excited crazy haired glory!

 

Next up are Amelia's Valentines. I didn't want to send candy with her and I wanted something a little unique. I found this glow stick bracelet idea at one of my favorite blogs. If the rest of the kids in her class are like Amelia, they were a hit!

Bookworm

Most kids cuddle with stuffed animals. Amelia cuddles books. She usually spends about 15 minutes after we put her to bed 'reading' her books before going to sleep.

Cleaning the Trash Can

I couldn't make this up. Amelia was helping me dust and decided the trash can was dirty (which it was). She came up to me and told me she needed a (Clorox) wipe to clean it. You can see how much she enjoyed it.

Dollhouse

Amelia received this dollhouse for Christmas. I bet you didn't know that the first step to playing with it is to take everything out first.
