Pretty in Pink

After church on Sunday, you can tell she's sleepy. She has heavy little eyes.

These two pictures were taken in a span of less than 5 minutes. There is still a tear under her eye in the second photo. I was horribly mean mom and wouldn't let her play with the camera. I redeemed myself by letting her play with my sunglasses though.

Locked up tight

Amelia found her Dad's keys and decided to make sure that the front door was secured. I guess she's seen us unlock the doors enough that she knew what to do. She surprises me everyday with the things she knows.

Rocking Chair

Amelia is lucky enough to be the proud owner of her great Grandma's old rocking chair from her childhood. It's a tiny bit too big, but Amelia loves it. Here's a couple pictures of her chillin'.

Animal Sounds

Amelia is learning so many new things, it's hard to keep up. She has quite the animal sound vocabulary. She can make the sounds of a cow, dog, bear, cat, lion, sheep, pig, snake, bee, monkey, and dada. I'm probably missing some.

Ice Cream!

Amelia received $5 for Halloween with the instructions that it be used to buy ice cream. We made good on it Saturday night. I'd say she was a big fan!
