Busy Girl

We've had a busy week. Amelia went bowling for the first time. She did great! Then we had to make a trip to Iowa for her Great Grandpa's funeral. He was a really great man and will be missed. I just wish they had had a chance to meet each other.

  Amelia also attended her first soccer game. She got to see the KC Wizards beat Man U. After all the excitement, Amelia and her daddy were exhausted!

Big Smiles!

We finally captured a smile. Amelia loves it when her Daddy messes up her hair! She is the world's happiest baby in the morning and smiles a ton. Grandpa says it's even better when she starts laughing. We can't wait!

10 lbs!

Amelia had her 1 month appointment yesterday. She's up to 10 pounds and grew 2", now at 22" long. She's moved from the 50th percentile to the 75th. My baby is tall for her age!! It's a miracle!

One Month Photo Shoot

Amelia turned a month old on Monday, so we had a mini photo shoot. My goal is to take a similar picture each month so you can really see how she's grown.

Amelia meets Ashley

Amelia's cousin Ashley stopped by on Friday for a quick visit. She even brought presents! I think they both liked each other a lot. They even color coordinated their outfits.

Today Amelia went to work with Mommy to turn in some insurance paperwork. She liked it so much, she decided to get to work too. At least I think she's working, or she could be talking to that E-trade baby.

Amelia had a doctor's appointment on Friday. They just wanted to make sure she had gotten back to her birth weight. I think a pound over that is pretty good! We knew she was a champion eater, now there is proof.
