What is Unusual Here?

For dinner the other night, we had meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and broccoli. Look at Amelia's plate and see if you can figure out what is strange.

Did you notice it? Amelia ate all of her broccoli and left the rest. Definitely not a normal kid thing!

Music Time

I had one of my music books out on the piano and Amelia decided that she should play some music. She sat at the piano and played different notes while singing her large repertoire of songs. She did a really great job!

Super Tall!

Amelia loves to ride on Daddy's shoulders. She was walking around with Dolly on her shoulders, so Rob picked her up. You can tell from her face that she was having a ton of fun!

Puppy Love

Amelia and Ayer have reached an understanding. She does whatever she wants to him, and he lays there. It's been working well for them both.

Onion

Amelia loves raw onion. I mean LOVES raw onion. Rob was chopping one the other day, and as soon as she heard it, she ran to the kitchen asking for a piece. She eats them like candy. 

4th of July Parade

We went to a neighboring town's parade. Amelia had a good time riding in her wagon with her friend Robby. She really liked the marching bands. She was a fan of all the candy too.

This is the best picture I got of the skirt I made her for the holiday. It turned out a little big, so if I'm lucky, it will fit next year.
