Daddy/Daughter love. I love this photo. I don't think Rob knew I was going to take it.

9 Month Appt.
Amelia went to the doctor for her 9 month check up last Friday. Here are her stats:
Height - 27 in. - 50%
Weight - 17lb 4oz - 25%
She is doing really well developmentally. She can do a lot of the 11 month old stuff. She really likes to stand up and play. In this picture, she is wondering where all of her puffs are. I had them hidden in her table, but she ate them all.

9 Months Old!
Look at how big this girl is getting! Amelia hit 9 months today. She can crawl pretty well now. She pulls up onto everything and yesterday she started 'cruising'. She walked a little bit while holding onto the fireplace hearth.
She loves her daddy (and her mommy). She thinks he is the funniest thing ever! She fed herself blueberries this morning and loved it! She's been trying to rip her food bowl from our hands for awhile now, so I thought I'd let her give it a shot on her own.
The second picture is an outtake. Do you think Amelia has a future as a model? She has the pose down, or she was falling over and trying to catch herself.

Can I Play Outside YET?
Amelia has had a rough few weeks. Rob picked her up at daycare last Friday and she was miserable. We ended up going to children's urgent care. Turns out, she had a double ear infection that had also moved to her eyes. Oh, and she was teething. Poor baby!
She's been on antibiotics for about 4 days and she is much better. She's back to her normal happy self. The very tip of one of her bottom teeth has come through. It's really hard to see, but you can definitely feel it!
On to happy things. Sunday morning, Amelia crawled right over to the back door, pulled up, and looked longingly outside. It was really touching.....until she started licking the glass. We're all going a little stir crazy and can't wait for warmer weather.
